The background to this Blog is a basic one, if I had a daughter and something happened to me, could I trust my husband to be able to really support her and understand just how awful being a girl can be? No, I can't because he doesn't have a vagina, and cannot comprehend what we have to go through– so I started this blog.
I want my daughter to know and understand that growing up is chaos. Hormones are dreadful, life is full of ups and downs, and it's generally really difficult to navigate, but they're not on their own.
This blog will contain swearing, and maybe a few jokes, and it's mostly going to be about the struggles of growing up female, as I didn't grow up male.. I'm happy for you to share this & to contact me with your own experiences, hey we could collab! What I really don't want, is abuse. This a fun project that I have been working on for some time, if you don't like it, please kindly piss off and do not return.
Children all over the world, just know that your mother loves you more than you could imagine.
